Shelly Scordo is a licensed insurance agent and an important part of the day-to-day operations at Scordo Insurance Agency. She assists with client service, office management, policy support, and the details that help keep the agency running smoothly.

Before joining the agency, Shelly spent more than 20 years working as a dental hygienist. Her experience caring for patients translates naturally into the patience, organization, and personal attention she provides to insurance clients.

Shelly’s friendly approach and dedication to helping others reflect the agency’s commitment to responsive, personal service.

Sylvia Gonzalez is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent serving clients throughout Texas. She helps individuals and families understand their home, auto, and personal insurance options.

Sylvia brings experience in customer service, policy management, billing support, renewals, and assisting clients with policy changes. Her background with a national insurance carrier gives her practical knowledge of the insurance process from both the agency and carrier perspectives.

She is focused on developing long-term client relationships and building her own book of business through responsive service, clear communication, and personalized insurance reviews.

Leo Cortes joined Scordo Insurance Agency in early 2025 and supports the agency’s marketing and community-outreach efforts. He helps the agency stay connected with current clients, prospective clients, and local referral partners.

Leo is a student at the University of North Texas and is building valuable experience in marketing, communication, and client service. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and helps the agency communicate with a broader range of individuals and families.

His energy, creativity, and willingness to help make him a valuable part of the Scordo Insurance Agency team.
